Assuming we do not have an event on the previous Friday, you can come in to set up anytime before 6pm. On the day of the event, you have the space from 9am to 10pm and you can return on Sunday morning between 9am-12pm to pack up your belongings

The $1,000 non-refundable Security Deposit is due upon signing the contract. This is also used to officially hold your date. Provided all goes well, the security deposit is sent back to you shortly after the event

Yes, the ceremony is included in the rental fee. We have both indoor and outdoor ceremony sites

Yes, you can make arrangements to swing by and take a peek before the ceremony begins. You can schedule this with us

Yes, you can add a Friday night gathering or a Sunday farewell brunch.
The fee would be: $500 for a Friday night gathering and between $250 and $500 for a Sunday brunch based on your needs

This is up to you. We do have the Horse Barn as an indoor ceremony site. This space can then be switched over for cocktails in case of rain.

We do not have in-house catering, but we do have a list of preferred local caterers who have worked at Scott Farm many times in the past

Scott Farm is owned by Landmark Trust USA. Landmark owns 5 Historic Properties which surround the farm and can be rented for the weekend by your friends and family. 1 will be included in your wedding package as a place for the couple to stay and also for getting ready on the day of the wedding. If the other 4 properties are rented during a Scott Farm wedding, we will offer a 10% discount on these 4 bookings. You can view the properties at www.landmarktrustusa.org

We do have a field for parking cars as well as a few spots closer to the barn to make it easier for guests with mobility issues. No, there is not an extra fee

We will only book 1 wedding per weekend

Here is a helpful guideline:
Invitation time 3:30
Ceremony 4-4:30
Cocktails 4:45-5:45
Dinner 6-7
Dancing, Dessert 7-9:45
*The last call at the bar is at 9:30 and the last song is at 9:40. All guests must be out of the venue by 10pm

In the event of inclement weather, we do have the Horse Barn which can be used for an indoor ceremony and then change over for cocktails. Guests would then move up to the Apple Barn for the Reception Dinner. Some couples want to have the cocktails closer to the reception site, so in this case, they would rent a tent

Yes, it will be the same contact from beginning to end. If there is a conflict with the day of, we will let you know ahead of time

There will always be a Scott Farm staff member on site. Scott Farm will also provide staff for the bar and the Caterer will provide waitstaff to serve and clean up the food and dishes throughout the evening. At least 2 catering staff members are responsible to stay until the very end to make sure the kitchen is back to its original condition

No, this is a working farm and the people who live here are impacted by the weddings due to noise and traffic. All amplified music must end by 9:45 and guests should be off site by 10:00

Yes, we do require that you get Day of Event Liability Insurance. This insurance should protect you as well in the event that you need to cancel due to an emergency

We do provide all of the above, excluding Linens (tablecloths and napkins). If the Caterer needs anything specific for serving food, you will need to rent this as well

No, Scott Farm will need to provide any alcoholic drinks and will also need to provide the staff to serve. After you book your event, we will discuss your bar needs and work up a quote for you to review

Yes. If anything is going to hang from the walls or ceiling, we will just need to discuss ahead of time. Everything will need to be removed by the morning after the event

Yes, the Horse Barn (indoors) or the lower courtyard or Pippin’s Cafe courtyard can be used for cocktail hour
