French Tunes Jam Session: 3:00-4:15pm

We’ve loved having Eloise & Co. bring their rousing Bal Folk dance to Scott Farm for the past 2 years, and we’re thrilled that they're coming back in 2025!
Bal Folk is traditional dancing from France and other parts of Europe. The jam session is open to all; the tunes are easy to pick up! The dances range from meditative and beautiful to raucous and energetic. You don’t have to bring a partner, and we’ll teach you everything you need to know. No experience necessary! There are dances in lines, circles, and spirals. When there are partner dances, everyone is welcome to ask anyone in the room to dance. It’s a fun, welcoming party vibe!
Do you play an instrument, but you don’t know any French tunes? No problem! Come join the jam session anyway– the tunes are easy to pick up.
Of course, there will be food and cider for sale too.
